Beaufort, NC

Beaufort, a small town on the Crystal Coast of NC, is one of my favorite places.  I discovered the town when I spent a summer at Duke Marine Laboratory many years ago.  It hasn't changed much, thank goodness.

There is a long waterfront area lined on one side by restaurants and shops and the other side by water where boats of all sizes dock.  I took these images as I walked along the waterfront. The reflections are from boats, pilings and buildings.
