Pink Poppies

Most people think of red as the traditional poppy color.  The poppy blossoms come in a range of colors from white to dark purple.

Did you know that the poppy is a native of Asia, Europe and North Africa?

After spending time creating red poppy portraits I decided to do a shoot with pink and white poppies. I think it's the petals that made these flowers so photogenic.​
